Planting Flowers

Yesterday, I was shooting a series of flowers. I especially liked this project because I felt so free doing it. No art directors, models or clients butting in. It was just me and the camera in the confinement of my own home.

Have a peep and let me know what you think. Compared to my fashion work which has extremely little retouching - my flowers I went the complete opposite direction and bombarded them in photoshop with color. All of the double exposures and image blurring were shot like that.

This shot especially took a long time to achieve as I wanted the inner flower to have a brighter glow

Achieving the glow in the middle was especially hard. I shot about 30frames @ 10sec each.

Well I hope you enjoyed viewing these as much as I enjoyed shooting them.
